First a visit to Laurel Falls.
Along the Trail. This shot was taken two weeks ago, so there will likely be different flowers blooming by now.
A view from the Overlook.
Back on the Trail.
Two views from atop The Great Stone Door
Dogwood blooming near the edge.
The hike to The Great Stone Door is two miles round trip, across relatively level terrain. The hike to Laurel Falls also begins at the Stone Done Ranger Station, but is much shorter and steep.
